Long overdue - I had install done about 18 months ago- Good selection of material - poor workmanship. I had luxury vinyl flooring installed in my house downstairs for a remodel - there were several (approximate 10) razorblade cut marks they left in Finnish installed pieces ranging in size from 1 inch to 6 inches where the installer used a finish piece as an under piece for a previous cut and the finish piece has lines and cut marks showing.

This company used to be pretty fair in their taking care of floods BUT the new ownership prices are now unreasonably high and their reinstalled carpet pad was poorly done on a very tiny flood we called them on. They were also slow on getting there. I suggest you call another company for emergencies and their carpet repairs are unprofessional and lumpy.

We were referred to Star by our property manager who stated that his clients have always had good results with them. So glad we listened ! The Star staff was always very friendly. Scott and Skyler were especially helpful in making sure we selected the best materials for our condo. We told them what “look” we were going for and they pulled out samples that best met our needs and budget. We chose a waterproof luxury vinyl plank that looks great down ! They were reliable and reasonably priced. Since they knew we lived 2 hours from the condo we were renovating, they agreed to retrieve the key from our program manager, which I’m guessing was a bit of a hassle, but they did so without a complaint ! - they did a great job without needing us watching over them.... glad we trusted them ! Our new flooring from Star gave us the updated look we were hoping for.

I had my carpets cleaned by Diego yesterday and he's a miracle worker! I have two dogs, we dog sit, and I work from home so our carpets are subject to a lot of traffic. Diego recommended the enzyme additive and the carpets look and smell great. We had a fair amount of stains and they are gpne. I also liked that the carpets we're just slightly damp when he left and the drying time was not excessive. I will definitely be going back to Star!

Just had some carpet installed by Star. The sales rep was very polite and went out of his way to match the carpet with other in the house. The installer Jonathan Robles did a great job in installing the carpet. He installed the carpet with only one seam and one cannot tell where the seam is. Good job Jonathan.

Me and my girlfriend just moved from Vegas to my home in San Diego and was referred to star by my property management and I am so happy I was. Scott handled helping us find our carpet and all we had to do was explain our concept and he found the perfect flooring first try. He took great care of us through the whole process. All of the people installing were great. The carpet people were very friendly and finished ahead of schedule. The laminate guy even let us borrow some Allan wrenches while we were setting up our Ikea couch. Called Skylar to pay had some hiccups on my banks part but never lost his positivity throughout the back and forth. All in all I will highly reccomend this company. Great product and awesome people. Huge shout out to scott though can't express how great he treated us and how efficient the company is as a whole.

I have used them many times to clean both carpet and upholstery. They also did a few repairs and they were just great ! I plan to use them for some installation shortly and have seen their work at friends homes. Very good service , great work, nice people, and quality installation at a fair price .

The company I work for had 3 Apartment complexes, now 2, I am the resident manager one the largest of them, We only use Star. Sometimes we gift a resident a Star Carpet cleaning and they do all our turn overs. Very responsible, we have used them since 02? and every time I am amazed on how good the carpet looks. This is the second time I have my large sectional professionally cleaned by Star Carpet & Flooring. Diego did such a great job the first time that I specifically asked for him this time around too. He did not disappoint, I have 4 cats and Diego made sure to add the enzyme treatment and took special care to target all the problem areas. He really pays attention to detail and is always quite the professional not to mention always nice and friendly. He takes the time to answer all your questions and doesn't make you feel like you're wasting his time. I will definitely ask for Diego again. Well done Diego!

Star Carpet is amazing!!! I can't recommend these guys enough. I usually get my carpet cleaned every three months but I've been lazy and hadn't had it cleaned in almost a year and it was extremely filthy, so much to the point where I was scared the stains wouldn't come up but Gerardo put my fears at ease. He was on time, very professional, friendly, and best of all my carpet looks brand new. I couldn't believe it. I'm always calling these guys from now on. I even went back to sleep while he cleaned because I was tired and am not a morning person and when I woke up, I was so happy at how my carpet looked. And it was cool that he was quiet and allowed me to sleep during the process. I've called these guys before and they always do an amazing job, but this experience was the best, just because my carpet was way dirtier this time and Gerardo was super cool, got the job done, and let me sleep ha ha
