Pictured below is an old home in Encinitas that was not well taken care of. After a young couple bought the property, they did a marvelous job of remodeling the residence to make it into a home for them and their children. The home is a couple hundred yards from the beach, and the final product is a gorgeous home.

Pictured below is the sanding and refinishing of a 70-year-old hardwood floor in a Kensington home. The wood floor had glued down carpet installed on it. Our restoration process included removing the glue, sanding, and staining per the homeowners’ specifications. This process completely renewed the wood floor as you can see from the after pics.
